Track Your Order

Looking for your SmokingCats shipment? Follow these steps to check its progress.

Find your tracking link

As soon as your shipping label is created, we’ll email you the tracking details. Look for your shipping confirmation email, and check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.

Check the carrier’s updates

Open the tracking link in your shipping email to view your shipment on the carrier’s website. If you have a tracking number instead, copy it into the tracking tool on the carrier’s official website, such as USPS or UPS. Use the carrier listed in your email.

Delayed or missing shipment?

As explained in our FAQ, USPS Priority Mail delivery times depend on USPS, and delays can happen outside our control.

If your shipment is delayed, appears lost, or you can’t find your tracking details, email mysmokingcats@gmail.com with your order number and tracking number, if available. You can also visit our Contact us page. Support is available Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays.
