Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, and return shipping costs are nonrefundable. For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
