Orders under $25 are subject to the applicable shipping rate shown at checkout. using the most economical available service. Estimated delivery is usually 3 to 16 business days for free shipping, 1 to 3 business days for USPS Priority Mail, 3 to 6 business days for USPS First Class Package, and 1 to 5 business days for UPS Ground. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in the same condition received, in the original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Used or opened smoking accessories, items with stains or strong odors, damaged or incomplete items not caused by our error, gift cards, and sale items are not eligible for a full refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, and return shipping costs are nonrefundable. For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
