Used or opened smoking accessories, items with stains or strong odors, damaged or incomplete items not caused by our error, gift cards, and sale items are not eligible for a full refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, and return shipping costs are nonrefundable. For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
