Shippping & Returns
SmokingCats® offers free shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states using the most economical available service. Estimated delivery is usually 3 to 16 business days for free shipping, 1 to 3 business days for USPS Priority Mail, 3 to 6 business days for USPS First Class Package, and 1 to 5 business days for UPS Ground. Delivery times are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed by SmokingCats®. Shipping and postage charges are nonrefundable. If an item arrives broken, do not use it or throw it away. Please send your order number, 2 to 3 clear photos showing all damaged items together when possible, and photos of the packaging. We cannot approve a replacement without photo proof. Once verified, we will replace the damaged item at no additional cost, and in some cases we may ask you to return the defective item at our expense.

Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in the same condition received, in the original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Used or opened smoking accessories, items with stains or strong odors, damaged or incomplete items not caused by our error, gift cards, and sale items are not eligible for a full refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, and return shipping costs are nonrefundable. For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
